Steel Pipe

Steel pipe is a long steel strip with a hollow cross-section and no seams around it. It is widely used in industrial pipelines and mechanical structural parts such as petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, mechanical instruments, etc.
Steel pipes are mainly divided into the following categories according to different manufacturing processes, uses and materials:
Classification by manufacturing process
Seamless steel pipe: manufactured by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing, without welds, with high strength and compressive resistance.
Welded steel pipe: made by curling steel plates or steel strips and then welding them, including straight seam welded pipes and spiral welded pipes.
Classification by use
Conveyor pipeline: used to transport fluids such as oil, natural gas, water, gas, steam, etc.
Structural steel pipe: used for building structures, bridges, steel structures, etc.
Boiler pipe: used to manufacture various boilers and superheaters, reheaters, steam pipes, etc.
Precision inner diameter seamless steel pipes for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders: used to manufacture hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
Classification by material
Carbon steel pipe: divided into low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and high carbon steel according to carbon content, often used to transport fluids and structural parts.
Alloy steel pipe: Adding alloy elements such as chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, it has higher strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Stainless steel pipe: Contains a higher proportion of chromium and nickel, and has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
