Tinplate Sheet Manufacturing Process
Substrate preparation: Select high-quality low-carbon steel plate.
Pickling: Remove the oxide scale and impurities on the surface of the steel plate.
Cold rolling: Roll the steel plate to the required thickness to improve the surface quality.
Annealing: Eliminate the stress generated during cold rolling by annealing.
Tin plating: A thin layer of tin is plated on the surface of the steel plate by electroplating or hot dipping.
Passivation treatment: Enhance the anti-corrosion performance of the tin layer.
Oil coating: Apply a thin layer of oil to the surface to prevent oxidation.
